tried this carne asada marinade

marinade steak 4 hrs or more

dry it off

add marinade after cooking 6min each side

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lime
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

R.I.P. boiled water. You will be mist.
