what is khanda sutta¶

The Five Remembrances, also known as Panca Niyama Dhamma in Pali, are a set of reflections in Buddhism that help cultivate MINDFULNESS and appreciate the preciousness of life. They are:

Upajjhatthana or the "Five Recollections"¶

what is Upajjhaṭṭhana¶
